The new Solution Center – investing in the future and customer service
With the successful restructuring of our Solution Center, we have achieved a great deal in recent months: we have rethought our processes, made investments, and set the course for providing our customers with even better and faster support in the future.
A key element is industry-specific support. Our colorists are now organized into clear areas of expertise, enabling us to provide customers with even more targeted and tailored advice. At the same time, new digital processes ensure that samples and documents are available much more quickly. Whereas documents used to be sent by post, they are now easily accessible by email – a gain in efficiency that directly benefits the customer.
Sample shipping has also been given a facelift: with a more modern, appealing design, without compromising the usual high quality of our samples. As before, we offer product samples in the form of plates, bottles, or foils, so that our customers can get a realistic impression of the color tailored directly to their end product.
At the same time, we are placing greater emphasis on application technology and our problem-solving expertise – the “Solution” in our name is now more relevant than ever.
Our Regulatory Affairs team also plays an important role and has gained further strength thanks to young, motivated colleagues. Regulatory requirements are constantly increasing – whether in the areas of Japan Food, China Food Contact, the new EU Supplementary Regulation 2025/351, or PFAS. With our expertise and agility, we ensure that our customers receive the best possible support in this area.
With these changes, we have not only modernized our Solution Center, but also made it future-proof – for efficient processes, competent advice, and tailor-made solutions that make life colorful.
