Fibarec Masterbatches

With our Fibarec masterbatches, we offer sustainable colors for plastics. So if you want a plastic product that is still 100% recycled even after coloring, Fibarec is exactly the right coloring solution for you.

Fibarec – sustainable color for plastics

The demand for sustainable color for plastics is constantly increasing – and with our newly developed Fibarec masterbatch series, we can easily meet it. This is because we use only recycled materials as carrier polymers for the masterbatches – from household waste, the so-called post-consumer recyclates (PCR), and from industrial production waste.
This means that all Fibarec masterbatches are based on rPET. Nevertheless, they can be processed just as well as masterbatches based on virgin materials and are also environmentally and socially sustainable.

By the way: With the new Fibarec masterbatch range, Finke is consistently following the path towards sustainability and social responsibility. Already in September 2014 we received the ISO standards 14001 and 50001 from TÜV Nord.

2021, we were awarded a silver medal in the annual EcoVadis Corporate Social Responsibility Rating for the fourth time in a row – proof that Finke meets the criteria prescribed in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) analysis system for the areas of environment, labor and human rights, and ethics and sustainable composition.

At Fakuma 2017, Finke presented its first FIBAPLAST masterbatches for coloring bioplastics.

Thus, the FIBAREC masterbatch series is a further step towards sustainable coloring of plastics.

The color selection of Fibarec

From highly transparent to intensively colored: Our colorists will work with you to develop the sustainable color that exactly matches your ideas.

The areas of application of Fibarec

Our sustainable Fibarec masterbatches can be processed in the same way as masterbatches based on virgin materials. Fibarec can therefore be used wherever materials are replaced or supplemented by recycled materials. If you have special questions, also because of further application areas, our experts are available to you with pleasure personally.
