Sales teams pool expertise at joint meeting in Wuppertal
This week, things really came to life at Finke: for our Sales Get-Together 2026, we not only brought together our own sales team, but also welcomed colleagues from our new sister companies in the Kafrit Group. For many, it was their first face-to-face meeting – which is precisely why the atmosphere was particularly open, curious, and constructive from the outset.
The day was all about getting to know each other. Each unit brought its own experiences, strengths, and market knowledge to the table. In various discussion rounds, it quickly became clear how much potential this broad mix of expertise holds. Whether technical issues, regional market specifics, or joint customer approaches – valuable ideas emerged everywhere that will strengthen us as a group in the long term.
One focus of the day was the exchange of information on specific technical projects in the areas of additive batches, compounds, and color masterbatches.
Current customer requirements, development approaches, and market trends were discussed in small groups. The combination of the expertise of our sales representatives and the experience of our new partners at Addvanze, Badger Color, Constab, and Delta Kunststoffe quickly demonstrated how valuable it is to take a joint approach to complex technical issues.
For the guests from the Kafrit Group, the visit also offered an opportunity to get to know every area of our company in detail. From color development to production and quality control, they were able to gain a comprehensive impression. This gave them a transparent insight into processes, procedures, and interfaces—an important step toward efficient and coordinated collaboration in the future.
The Finke Sales Get Together impressively demonstrated that when we share our knowledge and combine our strengths, we create a sense of togetherness that advances us not only as a company but also as a group. We look forward to everything we will achieve together.
