Tailor-made product samples for perfect color reproduction

We offer our customers an exclusive service: tailor-made product samples that enable a realistic color assessment. Thanks to our modern production facilities, we can test colors in numerous processes, including injection molding as well as blown film and flat film extrusion. We also have two special bottle lines available for the packaging industry: a hollow body extrusion plant and an injection stretch blow molding plant for PET. With these technologies, we can produce colors for end products such as bottles and containers in the cosmetics and food industries in a particularly realistic and practical way.

Product samples that are tailored to the application

In the plastics industry, color requirements vary greatly depending on the sector and manufacturing process. Each process – be it injection molding, film extrusion or the production of hollow bodies – has specific influences on the color effect. Factors such as processing temperature, mechanical stress and wall thickness influence the color intensity, gloss level and transparency of a material.

In order to achieve a precise color representation in the final product, we offer specially adapted samples that can be tested realistically in the respective application. With these individually created product samples, potential color differences can be detected and corrected at an early stage, providing our customers with a clear basis for making color decisions and avoiding unwanted surprises in the final product.

At Finke, we process almost all thermoplastic carrier polymers and create individual product samples for our customers that are precisely matched to the desired product in terms of their technical and optical properties. This means that our customers can be sure that the color effect and material properties optimally meet their expectations and precisely simulate the final product.
