Timo Weißgerber is the new Sales Director at Finke

Since June 1, 2025, Timo Weißgerber has been responsible for the strategic direction of our sales department. In his new position, he is in charge for the internal and external sales teams as well as marketing, thereby playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

From purchasing to sales

Timo began his career at Finke in June 2014 in the purchasing back office. Over the years, he continued to develop, taking on responsibility for the procurement of polymer raw materials and numerous services. At the same time, he completed further training to become a state-certified business economist.

In January 2023, Timo moved to the sales department. Under the direct guidance of the owner and then Sales Director Felix Finke, he gained valuable insights into strategic and operational sales work.

Future ambitions

Since taking office, Timo has been pursuing a clear course: questioning old structures, trying out new approaches, and optimizing proven methods. His motto: “Just try it—but always act thoughtfully.”
He is driven by the conviction that change and stability can go hand in hand.

Timo’s ambition is for Finke to remain an excellent partner for color solutions—no matter what solution is required. “Finke makes life colorful – now and in the future,” he summarizes. He also wants to actively share his enthusiasm for the complexity of the industry – with customers, partners, and his team.

With over ten years of experience in the company, in-depth market knowledge, and a clear eye for opportunities, Timo is ready to lead Finke’s sales team into a successful future.
