Paints for plastics – we are at home in these industries
Not all plastics are the same. Therefore, the colorant must be matched to the type of plastic. The type of color with which the plastic is dyed also depends to a large extent on the intended use of the end product: plastic packaging for food and beverages, for example, must be food-safe and provide the best possible protection for the contents, while physiological harmlessness is an absolute prerequisite for plastic children’s toys. Paints for exterior plastics meet different requirements than interior plastic paints. The requirements for color preparation therefore vary from product to product.
