Christian Badura Takes Over as Managing Director

On October 1, 2026, Christian Badura will take over as managing director of Finke Colors GmbH.

This transition also marks the end of a special era in the company’s history. After three generations, the Finke family is stepping down from active management. For many decades, family members have shaped the development of Finke Colors and guided the company through growth, changes, and numerous challenges.

Felix Finke was honored at a retirement celebration held yesterday evening. Numerous employees, associates, and longtime colleagues took the opportunity to look back on shared experiences and express their gratitude.

Christian Badura, an employee who has already spent half his life at the company, is taking over responsibility for Finke Colors. His extensive industry knowledge, his close relationship with customers and employees, and his longstanding connection to Finke form a strong foundation for the company’s future development.

Finke Colors looks forward with confidence to the next chapter in the company’s history. The values that have shaped the company over decades remain just as important as continuous development and a focus on the demands of the future.
