FIBAFEKT Special Effects Collection: For extravagant effects in plastics coloring

With FIBAFEKT, we have developed an innovative inking solution that enables a wide range of special effects that cannot be achieved with standard masterbatches. Special effects such as metallic and pearlescent, rainbow or color flop, and lacquer-like surfaces are possible.

FIBAFEKT is a semi-compound used in the outer layer of coextruded bottles, in 2K injection molding or in multilayer films. The use of FIBAFEKT also opens up new possibilities for the design of products with high PCR content. In a special process, PCR material is coated with a FIBAFEKT layer so that all design options can be realized. FIBAFEKT can be combined with various substrates, including PE, PP, PET-G and PA12. In addition, we offer customized substrates with which you can produce monomaterial products.

We process the sensitive pigments in a special way on our production lines. Extrusion takes place without dispersants, so that the pigments remain almost unchanged and there is no risk of migration of low-molecular additives.

Thanks to the good compatibility of FIBAFEKT with the substrates, you always achieve homogeneous results with absolute color fidelity, even in production processes that run for several years. With our state-of-the-art mixing technologies and production equipment, we can reproduce every FIBAFEKT batch exactly, so there are no color deviations in the final product.

Another advantage of FIBAFEKT is its easy and clean workability. FIBAFEKT is a dry and dust-free product for which no special storage conditions are required. Storage times of up to two years are possible.
