We are able to simulate different production methods in order to create product samples. This means when we produce samples we can use exactly the same production method that our customers also use in their production. There are also no limits set with regard to the materials used. We can process almost all thermoplastic carrier polymers and have these in stock.
In this way, product samples are created with technical and optical properties that comply with the final product required by the customer. This means, at the end of the sampling procedure, our customers can hold one or more products in their hand that can really help them with internal decision-making processes.
Regardless of whether it’s a bottle crate or an instrument panel, most of the plastic products we use daily are produced by injection molding. For this reason, we have several injection molding machines in order to be able to produce product samples at short notice for our customers, even during periods of high usage.
With our blown-film extruder, we can manufacture blown films as they are used in the food industry, for example. This allows us to optimally simulate the behavior of blown films during coloring.
Sampling is important especially with flat films, because the characteristics and color fastness of the desired finished product need to be precisely tested in advance. Therefore, we can also produce foil samples that correspond exactly to the specifications of our customers.
BLOW MOLDING EXTRUSION
We also have the technology to produce PE and PP sample bottles in our factory. Product samples, for examples for cosmetic bottles, are produced here using the mono- and co-extrusion processes.
INJECTION STRETCH BLOW MOLDING
We have our own bottle blowing plant for coloring PET-C (semicrystalline) plastics as they are used, for instance, in the beverage industry.
